OPERATIONS

At LedaMC, we are expanding our Quality Assurance team and are looking for a Senior QA / Senior Functional Test Analyst to join us and work on large-scale technology projects for national and international clients.

We are looking for professionals with solid experience in functional and End-to-End (E2E) testing who can understand both the technical and business perspectives and actively contribute to defining the testing strategy.

We are also looking for candidates with an interest in and practical experience using Artificial Intelligence to support testing activities, leveraging AI to streamline tasks, improve test coverage, and increase productivity in their day-to-day work.

You will work in Agile teams and collaborate directly with development, IT, and business teams throughout the entire product quality lifecycle.

What we’re looking for

  • University degree.
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Solid experience in the analysis, design, and execution of functional and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
  • Ability to analyse functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and identify test scenarios, risks, and testing needs.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Design and maintenance of test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
  • Experience in regression testing.
  • Defect lifecycle management, including identification, documentation, tracking, and validation.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, TestLink, Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, autonomy, critical thinking, and a quality-focused mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • English proficiency is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.

AI applied to testing

We are looking for professionals who, in addition to having a solid background in testing, are incorporating Artificial Intelligence tools into their day-to-day work.

We will particularly value demonstrable hands-on experience using AI to:

  • Analyse requirements and user stories to identify ambiguities, inconsistencies, or overlooked scenarios.
  • Generate and improve test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify edge cases and expand test coverage.
  • Generate test data and synthetic data.
  • Support the analysis of logs, errors, and incidents.
  • Assist in preparing test documentation, evidence, and reports.
  • Optimise and prioritise regression testing.
  • Use AI assistants to automate or simplify repetitive QA-related tasks.

We are not necessarily looking for Artificial Intelligence specialists, but rather Senior QA professionals who know how to use AI in practical ways to work more effectively, faster, and with greater test coverage and quality.

Additional skills and experience

The following will be considered an advantage:

  • Experience with databases and SQL queries.
  • Ability to read and analyse application logs.
  • Knowledge of APIs and tools such as Postman.
  • Knowledge of or experience in test automation.
  • Regular use of Generative AI tools for software development or testing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, SharePoint, or PowerPoint.
  • Certifications:
    • ISTQB
    • ITIL
