People and Talent Manager

At LedaMC, we are looking to recruit a People and Talent Manager to lead the full employee lifecycle, deliver an excellent employee experience, and support business growth by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Corporate Management Team and the heads of the different business areas to ensure that people management remains aligned with the organisation’s strategy.

What will your mission be?

To design, develop, and consolidate our Human Resources processes, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of talent, promoting a strong organisational culture, and providing strategic support to the company’s managers.

Key responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment cycle, including role definition, job posting, sourcing, interviews, assessment, and hiring.
  • Design talent attraction and employer branding strategies to position LedaMC as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain and optimise the talent database and relationships with candidates.

Talent Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate the Annual Training Plan.
  • Manage FUNDAE training subsidies.
  • Design and promote professional development programmes.
  • Implement and continuously improve performance review and talent management processes.
  • Advise managers on the management and development of their teams.

Employee Experience

  • Design and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Promote internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the development of an organisational culture based on collaboration, commitment, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage employee benefits and well-being initiatives.

HR Administration

  • Coordinate the payroll process with the external employment advisory firm.
  • Oversee employment contracts, terminations, contractual changes, and other administrative processes.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, data protection regulations, and internal policies.
  • Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, inclusion, and occupational health and safety policies.
  • Manage the monitoring, updating, and implementation of the Equality Plan and the LGBTI Plan, ensuring that the agreed measures are carried out, indicators are monitored, and all related legal obligations are met.

People Analytics and Continuous Improvement

  • Define, analyse, and monitor HR indicators and KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Administer and optimise the HRIS and other people management tools.
  • Review, document, and improve departmental processes, ensuring efficiency and traceability.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate Artificial Intelligence solutions into people management processes.

We are looking for someone with

  • A university degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar Human Resources Manager role.
  • Knowledge of Spanish employment law.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, performance management, and talent development.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms and People Analytics tools.
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional English would be an advantage.
