Functional Testing Analist

OPERATIONS

We would prefer you to have a university degree, a good level of English, and to have developed strong oral and written communication skills, curiosity, and analytical abilities.

Profile Required:

  • A profile with 3+ years of experience in the design and execution of end-to-end functional tests.
  • Experience in defect reporting and tracking.
  • Experience in the banking sector.
  • Experience using testing tools (Jira, Testlink, Remedy, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Desirable knowledge or experience in Agile methodology.
  • Desirable technical knowledge, especially in database handling (creating and executing queries in databases, reading application logs, etc.).
  • ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level will be valued. ITIL certification will be valued.
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office: Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Technical and Business communication skills.
  • Adaptability to changes in tools, workflows, and functionalities.
  • Minimum C1 level of English (both oral and written proficiency).
  • Proactivity and analytical skills. Availability for travel.

  • Remedy (incident reporting)
  • Jira (incident reporting)
  • Service Now (incident reporting)
  • Confluence (functional documentation)
  • Splunk (logs)
  • Kibana (logs)
  • Tealeaf (monitoring)
  • Salesforce (ticketing)

Desired Knowledge:

  • ITIL/ISTQB
  • AGILE/SCRUM
